The Lansing Apartments housed 400 tenants at the pinnacle of its success. It featured a two floored penthouse with a private elevator, a swimming pool and a garden. It was near the school that Nathan Cramer went to. The Lansing Apartments was the location of Hoyama One. Massive damage has been done to the apartment including blood on the carpets, smashed glass, and the penthouse was blown up by a rescue helicopter after Adrian Guadron made it crash.
After Hoyama OneEdit
The Lansing Apartments had to be completely demolished. However, the mayor of Detroit wanted it to remain there as a 'symbol to the light that overcomes the darkness of humanity'. The public wasn't allowed to go in or out of the building.
